This policy describes the data handling visible in the current website code. Items marked Company confirmation required must be completed before the site is formally launched.

Information submitted through the website

When you request a quotation, sample or response, the form may collect your name, company, email, phone number, country, product to pack, preferred bag type, dimensions, capacity, estimated quantity, feature requirements, message and an optional reference file.

How the information is used

The information is used to understand the request, assess packaging options, respond to the sender and coordinate a potential business project. It is not used by the current code to make automated decisions.

Form delivery and service providers

The server validates the enquiry and forwards it to a company-controlled HTTPS webhook, which may connect to an email or CRM system. The final provider and processing location have not yet been configured. Until configuration is complete, the API returns an error instead of claiming successful delivery.

Company confirmation required: identify the webhook/CRM/email provider, hosting provider, countries of processing, contractual safeguards and the list of subprocessors.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

No analytics SDK, advertising pixel, marketing tag or consent-management platform was found in the current project code during this pre-launch review. Basic hosting and security logs may still record technical data such as IP address, browser information and request time.

Company confirmation required: confirm whether analytics, advertising, chat, cookie or session-replay tools will be added before launch.

Retention and security

Form data should be kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Files are limited by the website to supported formats and 5 MB, and delivery credentials remain server-side.

Company confirmation required: approve a specific retention schedule, deletion process and incident contact.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about the information associated with an enquiry, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from further contact by emailing Full@fxdpack.com. Applicable rights depend on your location and the confirmed legal entity responsible for the website.

The public-facing brand is Full Packing. Company confirmation required: add the complete legal entity name, registered address, privacy contact, governing jurisdiction and effective date before launch.
