Specification review

Confirm the drawing, dimensions, material direction, print reference, closures, fitments and packing instructions before production.

In-process checks

Functional verification

Plan project-specific checks for seals, leakage, dimensions, zipper or spout operation, and filled-pack handling where required.

Shipment inspection

Compare finished goods, quantities, labels and packing against the confirmed order before dispatch preparation.

Contents, fill temperature, storage, shelf-life goal and distribution route.

Failure risks

Moisture, oxygen, puncture, drops, leaks, seal contamination or component operation.

Confirm which approvals, inspection records and shipment documents the buyer requires.
